1. Scope
   1.1 This policy governs access by large language models (LLMs), AI agents, web crawlers, or similar systems.
   1.2 Agents must comply with robots.txt in addition to this document and publish a user-agent string.

2. Access Windows & Budget
   2.1 Crawl at ~1 request per second on average, with short bursts up to 5 requests permitted.
   2.2 Schedule high-volume jobs during 00:00–06:00 UTC when possible to minimize user impact.
   2.3 Respect caching headers and revalidate no more than once every 24 hours unless content changes.

3. Permitted Processing
   3.1 You may ingest and store full-text public content, metadata, and structural markup from https://www.airpunchai.com/.
   3.2 Content may be used for training, fine-tuning, evaluation, benchmarking, or retrieval-augmented inference for both commercial and non-commercial models.
   3.3 Derived embeddings, feature vectors, and annotations may be cached for serving or deduplication purposes.
   3.4 Downstream sharing is allowed when recipients adhere to this policy (or stricter) and maintain attribution.

4. Attribution & Transparency
   4.1 When site material influences an output, provide clear attribution to “Air Punch AI” with the relevant source URL where feasible.
   4.2 Publish or provide, upon request, documentation that describes how Air Punch AI content is incorporated and how removal requests are processed.

5. Data Stewardship
   5.1 Maintain reasonable security controls to prevent unauthorized access to stored copies of our content.
   5.2 Remove or update stored content, embeddings, and derivatives within 30 days of a written request from hello@airpunchai.com.
   5.3 Keep ingestion logs for at least 90 days to support audit and takedown verification.

6. Restricted Content
   6.1 Do not ingest gated assets, newsletter archives, private APIs, or user-submitted data that is not publicly linked.
   6.2 Do not extract, cluster, or infer personal contact information beyond what is already publicly published.
   6.3 Media assets (images, logos, video) may be referenced but not used for synthetic branding, impersonation, or biometric training without separate consent.

7. Prohibited Conduct
   7.1 Do not misrepresent outputs as being authored, reviewed, or endorsed by Air Punch AI without an explicit agreement.
   7.2 Do not circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other technical controls.
   7.3 Do not weaponize or use the content to generate defamatory, fraudulent, or malicious representations of Air Punch AI.

8. Compliance & Support
   8.1 Provide a point of contact, crawler name, and purpose before large-scale crawling when feasible.
   8.2 Supply transparency reports or dataset removal attestations within 14 days of a formal request.
   8.3 Non-compliance may result in IP blocking, takedown notices, and additional remedies allowed by law.
